Kd Fitting ToolKd 拟合工具

- Fixed: the free-baseline fit failed whenever the baseline or the signal per unit of complex was larger than 60 signal units, which is the case for raw fluorescence counts and for polarization in mP. Such data came back with a meaningless Kd and a low R², and could wrongly raise the “Kd not identifiable” warning. The fixed-baseline fit was affected only when the signal per unit of complex exceeded 60.
- Fits of data on a small numeric scale are unchanged. If you fitted large-valued data with an earlier version, re-run it.
- 修复：基线（Ybase）或单位复合物信号（alpha）的数值大于 60 时，自由基线拟合会失败。原始荧光读数、以 mP 为单位的偏振值都属于这种情况。此前这类数据会得到没有意义的 Kd 和很低的 R²，还可能误报“Kd 不可辨识”。固定基线拟合只在 alpha 大于 60 时受影响。
- 数值较小的数据，拟合结果不变。用旧版本拟合过大数值数据的，请重新拟合一次。

- English / Chinese interface switch.
- 2 Sept 2026: a warning when the fitted Kd is below 1% of the fixed concentration. There the data sit in the stoichiometric-titration regime and only an upper bound on Kd can be stated.
- 1 Oct 2026: when opened from the AptaPilot portal or Launcher, the tool starts in the platform's interface language.
